All Grow Your Own Kits and Premium Seed Pouch Subscriptions are shipped the day after you placed your order. Delivery will be depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout.
Overnight Shipping is designed for our customers who would like their cat grass to arrive as soon as possible. My Cat Grass, Ready Grown Cat Grass is a live product. No one wants their Cat Grass sat in a warehouse over the weekend so we have explained our shipping schedule below:

Important Information:
- You will receive a text and email notification on the morning of the delivery giving you a one hour delivery window – if you provide your email address and mobile phone number on your order
- You must be at your delivery address to take shipment of your delivery. Alternatively, if you wish your parcel to be left in a safe place you must follow the link in the the notification email to request this. Unfortunately we cannot do this on your behalf
- We use DPD local as our courier partner
- We cannot accept returns or requests for refunds for failed delivery attempts as this is a live fresh produce product
My Cat Grass Subscription boxes are shipped as close to the 9th of each month as possible – avoiding weekends and Bank Holidays. This is to ensure that your cat grass arrives fresh and at its best for your cat to enjoy. We also need to ensure your cat grass is delivered at the beginning of the week so if there are any issues we have time to resolve them before the weekend. We use fantastic couriers and even offer a hand delivered courier service.

Which Shipping Services Do You Offer?
Choosing Your Courier – Delivery service
There are only a handful of couriers in the UK which will permit plants to travel on their network and only one of these couriers offer a fragile handling option (by hand). Through rigorous testing we have found this service has a 99.9% success rate and highly recommend you select the Overnight Courier by 16:00 (Fragile Handling) service at checkout.
Overnight Courier by 16:00 (Fragile Handling)
This is our preferred and recommended service. The couriers ship My Cat Grass Subscription boxes by Hand at every stage of the shipment. No conveyor belts! This means your package is guaranteed and protected to arrive in the best possible condition. This is the only service we can offer product quality refunds on as the shipment method guarantees delivery as the product was packaged.

This service is provided by the same courier as our Fragile handling service however this service does not include Fragile Handling and as such conveyor belts are used. W
As the name suggests this shipping method can only be used if you are shipping to a UK mainland registered business address. The payment address can be a home address but the recipients address must be a business address. We cannot ship items where this shipping method has been selected but the address is not recognised by our courier as a registered business address. We highly recommend you call us on 0207 164 6755 and we will be more than happy to check for you. W
Choosing Your Delivery Address
*All courier services we offer require a signature. Due to the perishable nature of the Cat Grass we cannot and will not accept returns / refunds for delivery exceptions and/or failed delivery attempts. To avoid this issue simply chose a delivery address were you will be available to accept the delivery on a weekday. If you work full time we highly recommend using a work address.
We’re glad to have you back again! You can re-activate your suspended/paused subscription at any time up to 5pm on the last day of the month. You can do this from your Subscriptions Tab under “My Account“.
- Go to My Account
- Select (click) on the “Subscriptions” tab
- Click on the “number” in left hand column for the subscription you wish to Suspend
- This will now show your subscription details
- Under “Actions” click “Re-Activate” to re-activate your subscription
- Confirm that you wish to “Re-activate” your subscription and you’re all set!
*all subscriptions renewed after 5pm on the last day of the month will be billed on the 1st working day of the following month and the next My Cat Grass shipment will be sent on or around the 9th of the following month. See the table below for examples:

You can Update the Billing Address for your subscription at any time up to 5pm on the last day of the month. You can do this from your Subscriptions Tab under “My Account“.
- Go to My Account
- Select (click) on the subscriptions tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see your current address list
- Click “Edit” next to Billing Address
- Update your “Billing Address” to change your billing address for all subscriptions
- Enter your new Billing Address details
- click “Save” and you’re all set!
* Please remember to keep your billing addresses up to date (matching your card details saved with your bank) to ensure kitty always receives My Cat Grass. This process is different to changing the “Shipping Address” as you can have many shipments going to different addresses, whereas the billing address should match the details for your payment method as registered with your bank.
You can Update the Shipping Address for your subscription at any time up to 5pm on the last day of the month. You can do this from your Subscriptions Tab under “My Account“.
How to update the shipping address if you have one subscription:
- Go to My Account
- Select (click) on the subscriptions tab
- Click on the number in left hand column for the subscription you wish to Update Shipping Address
- This will now show your subscription details
- Under “Actions” click “Change Address” to change your Shipping Address for that subscription
- Confirm that you wish to update your details for that subscription and you are all set!
How to update the shipping address if you have more than one subscription:
- Go to My Account
- Select (click) on the subscriptions tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see your current address list
- Click “Edit” next to Shipping Address
- Enter your new Shipping Address details
- Click “Update the shipping Address used for all my active subscriptions“
- click “Save” and you’re all set!
*Please remember to keep your shipping addresses up to date to ensure kitty always receives My Cat Grass.
You only pay for the actual cost of getting the parcel from us, to you!
My Cat Grass subscriptions don’t include the price of shipping. By excluding shipping costs from our plans you can see, and only pay for, the actual cost of getting the parcel from us to you!

What Payment Methods do you accept?
My Cat Grass currently accepts the following payment methods: Visa or MasterCard credit & debit cards and Apple Pay.
If you’re using a debit card, as long as it has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, you should be good to go. We also offer PayPal – as long as your PayPal wallet is connected to a valid credit card or bank account.
We also accept American Express. You’ll see available payment options during checkout.

Where Do You Deliver?
My Cat Grass main delivery areas are: England, Scotland & Wales (Zones A, S & U)
Deliveries in other areas of the UK may still be possible, but only where our couriers provide an overnight service. We only ever send our parcels overnight due to the perishable nature of Cat Grass and our intention to guarantee the highest product quality upon delivery. Additional charges and surcharges may be applied by our courier partners. Whilst we do not set delivery rates, we have negotiated the best possible rates for an overnight courier service.
You will only ever pay what it costs to get your parcel from us, to you!
You can Suspend / Pause your subscription at any time up to 5pm on the last day of the month. You can do this from your Subscriptions Tab under “My Account“.
Remember you will have to Re-Activate your account again to start re-receiving your My Cat Grass again.
- Go to My Account
- Select (click) on the “Subscriptions” tab
- Click on the “number” in left hand column for the subscription you wish to Suspend
- This will now show your subscription details
- Under “Actions” click “Suspend” to Pause your subscription
- Confirm that you wish to “Suspend” your subscription and you’re all set!

We are sad to see you go. You can either do this from My Account on the Subscriptions Tab or you can Contact Us and we will cancel your subscription.
If you signed up for a subscription, send us an email before 5:00 PM on the last day of the month and we will cancel your subscription and you will not be charged for the next month’s MyCatGrass box.
