We’re glad to have you back again! You can re-activate your suspended/paused subscription at any time up to 5pm on the last day of the month. You can do this from your Subscriptions Tab under “My Account.

  • Go to My Account
  • Select (click) on the “Subscriptions” tab
  • Click on the “number” in left hand column for the subscription you wish to Suspend
  • This will now show your subscription details
  • Under “Actions” click “Re-Activate” to re-activate your subscription
  • Confirm that you wish to “Re-activate” your subscription and you’re all set!

*all subscriptions renewed after 5pm on the last day of the month will be billed on the 1st working day of the following month and the next My Cat Grass shipment will be sent on or around the 9th of the following month. See the table below for examples:
