Meet The Host – Iawn Thomas MBE
Iwan is without a doubt, one of the greatest athletes that Britain has produced, he held the 400m British record of 44.36s for an incredible near 26 years on top of that amazing record Iwan has secured numerous medals during his career Including European, Commonwealth and World medals as well as an Olympic Silver.
The Cat Village
“The Cat Show Live 2024” visitor village will be home to over 175 cats and their owners introducing visitors to over 35 different pedigree breeds of cats. Providing you with the opportunity to get up close and personal! Meet world-renowned judges from across the largest world cat registries who will provide insight into the different breeds and their unique characteristics.
Hope Alley:
Launches a digital interactive experience that will connect visitors to a selection of cat charities and rescues highlighting the amazing work they do. A simple scan of a QR code will also allow you to apply directly to a charity to register your interest in adopting a new family member (subject to the usual checks).
Theatre Square:
The internationally recognised speakers from the World Cat Congress including GCCF, TICA, Felis Britannica & CFA will present a series of short seminars on specialist topics including meet the breeds, health and welfare – more subjects to be announced. Sessions will include with an interactive Q&A segment. You learn all about the growing list of guest speakers and the topics they will be covering here:
Retail Avenue:
With over 1500 sqm of retail space, this will be the largest cat specific shopping village assembled in recent years under one roof. Featuring a wide range of products including nutrition, insurance, wellbeing, exercise, playtime, boutique and unique. Everything you could need to enrich your cat’s day to day routine. (and even some things you never knew you needed). Of course this is where you will find us on the day on stand 4. Entries close on the 6th of September 2024. Only one entry per successful contact email submission. Winners will be communicated via our newsletter on the 8th of September 2024 so you will need to agree to remain a newsletter subscriber until the 9th of September 2024 – you can cancel at any time thereafter using the unsubscribe function within our newsletter.
