3.4 Please be aware that My Cat Grass is a perishable product and My Cat Grass will not provide refunds or replacements for Failed deliveries. My Cat Grass uses signed for deliveries to ensure your products are received at the same high standard with which they were dispatched; My Cat Grass will not be held responsible for late or failed delivery and / or damaged / spoilt Cat Grass due to no one being present to receive and sign for the parcel. Our couriers will not deliver ANY parcels unsigned for and failure to be available and / or to sign for a parcel will constitute a failed delivery. Ready Grown Cat Grass Delivery Information – Important to Know
3.5 We want to ensure your Ready Grown Cat Grass arrives fresh and in perfect condition! To do this, all deliveries are shipped via DPD, and someone must be present to accept and sign for the parcel.
To avoid any issues with delivery, please note that you will be responsible for any lost, stolen, returned, or failed deliveries if:
You choose to have your parcel left in a safe place (even if DPD offers this option).
You change the shipping address with DPD to anything other than the address provided in your MCG order confirmation.
No one is available to accept and sign for the delivery when it arrives.

Royal Mail Shipping:
All other products will shipped via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service, however we do not take responsibility for orders not dispatched the same day as Royal Mail collects orders + 1 day. We will not be held responsible for delays as a result of using the Royal Mail service. From time to time delays may occur which are beyond our control.

3.6 My Cat Grass will send you a tracking number with each scheduled delivery. You can use this to Track your delivery on the Tracking Page at MyCatGrass.co.uk. We hope this will ensure you are prepared to receive your delivery.
6.1.1 You must Contact Us prior to returning any products to us.
6.1.2 Cat Grass subscription boxes are exempt from returns due to the perishable nature of the product. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Cat Grass please Contact Us immediately upon receipt of your parcel. Due to the perishable nature of Cat Grass we will not be able to refund/exchange cat grass products in cases where we are not contacted on the same day of your subscription box being delivered.
6.1.3 We reserve the right to refuse refund.
7.2 You have the right to cancel your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the first goods. Cancelations must be received by My Cat Grass by no later than 5pm on the last calendar day of the month to avoid products being shipped and payment being taken for the following months subscription.
7.3 You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline.
7.4 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you any relevant payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, with the exception of any / all Cat Grass Products or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, with the exception of any / all Cat Grass Products or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
7.5 You are entitled to cancel a payment for products where fraudulent use has been made of your payment card by a person not acting, or to be treated as acting, as your agent. If you have already made a payment where your payment card has been so fraudulently used, then you should approach your card issuer for recredit to your card.
7.6 We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these terms. If we terminate your use of our service as a result of a breach of any obligation under these terms, such termination would be immediate and without notice.

7.8 Product Returns: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods back to us at: My Cat Grass, 7 Admiral Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire,HP2 7BP, without undue delay and in any event not later than 28 days from the day on which you purchased the Products (with the exception of perishable Cat Grass Subscription Products). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 28 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the opening / destroying any packaging that would prevent the resale of Products in any condition other than as they were dispatched.
You can cancel your subscription at any point. Cancellation can be made through your online My Account section on MyCatGrass.co.uk.
