Our customers selecting Royal Mail as a shipping option have provided substantial feedback via review platforms that parcels do not arrive fast enough or are reliable enough. We’ve listened and acted on your feedback. Until Royal Mail can guarantee delivery within their advertised timeframes reliably, we will only use DPD as our shipping partner. Our Ready Grown Cat Grass and subscription customers will not be affected as we only ever ship our Ready Grown Cat Grass via DPD overnight delivery. We will provide updates when we find a solution or alternative to the Royal Mail service for our grow your own kits and premium seed pouches.
