My Cat Grass Subscription boxes are shipped as close to the 9th of each month as possible – avoiding weekends and Bank Holidays. This is to ensure that your cat grass arrives fresh and at its best for your cat to enjoy. We also need to ensure your cat grass is delivered at the beginning of the week so if there are any issues we have time to resolve them before the weekend. We use fantastic couriers and even offer a hand delivered courier service.

Important Information:

  • You will receive a text and email notification on the morning of the delivery giving you a one hour delivery window – if you provide your email address and mobile phone number on your order
  • You must be at your delivery address to take shipment of your delivery. Alternatively, if you wish your parcel to be left in a safe place you must follow the link in the the notification email to request this. Unfortunately we cannot do this on your behalf
  • We use DPD local as our courier partner
  • We cannot accept returns or requests for refunds for failed delivery attempts as this is a live fresh produce product
